Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless a return is approved by the owner. Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is granted solely at the owner’s discretion. We do not accept exchanges.

Returns will not be accepted for buyer error, including mistaken orders, accidental purchases, ordering the wrong size, or failing to review product details before purchase.

To request consideration for a return or refund, you must contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery through Instagram at @starnoisemarket or by email at mail@starnoisemarket.com with the subject line “SNM Return.” Please include your order number and the reason for your request. Requests made after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, the item must be returned in the original condition it was received in. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that lost mail is not our responsibility. We keep drop-off receipts for all outgoing shipments. If your package is lost in transit, you will need to contact the postal service directly to file a claim.
